My baby is 3 month old and he fell from my lap to bed..but he looks normal and slept,do I have to worry?

I don’t think so it’s a problem that way but I do not know how much distance was there in your lap and the bed also the neck of the child is very sensitive during this time they do not have a proper control so I would still recommend you to please consult your doctor one time
