my baby is 3 month 19 days old. his birth weight was 3.3kg and currently his weight is 5.5kg. is this weight ok?

It’s very healthy your child has gained 2200 g in approximately 3 1/2 months of weight which is extremely good a minimum gain is about 500 g in a month so seems like your child is gaining better than that which is very very good and all the weight is very good according to the birth rate
