my baby is 3.5 months old , she is on exclusive breastfeeding earlier she poo like seedy but now watery , frequency is ok on every alternative day , pee count is good 10 in a day .

One of the reasons could be that your child is only getting foremilk that is watery and not the hindmilk which is rich in fat. Therefore the stools are watery. 
Do you feel that your breasts are completely empty after feeding? Or is some milk left behind? 
One solution for this is eg : feed 1 you give your left breast. Feed 2 also give your left breast so rich milk left behind in last feed is now consumed. Feed 3 right breast. Feed 4 again right breast and so on. Hope this helps!

Stool- it is very common and normal for small children who are less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also and if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as colour of stool
you will have to meet your doctor if the consistency is very watery and the child is uncomfortable or there is blood in the stool

Their stools may also be seedier. These little “seeds” are undigested milk fat, which is entirely normal. Formula-fed babies' stools are usually a little firmer, often the consistency of peanut butter. Extremely loose, watery stools may indicate that the baby is not absorbing nutrients as well as they should.
