my baby is 3.11 years old.She has white patch on his neck and shoulder area it is normal or I need to check with the doctor.Please advise

Yes you should because there are so many reasons behind white patches so I think it would be good for you to check with your doctor to understand what is the right reason behind and accordingly they can assist you and advise with the right treatment for the problem
