my baby is 3 1/2 month old ...she was born at 3150 g but now she is 4.7 kg not yet gaining weight properly

Is decent enough Fc a minimum gain should be there that should be about 500 g in a month if you value on that basis and look at the birth weight and current weight this seems completely alright doesn’t seem like a problem if you see your child is not even gaining minimum 500 g in a month then you can check with your doctor
