my baby is 2yrs and 1 month old. He doesn't speak anything.Is there any problem.He usually hit others sometimes even with the things in his hands.What is the reason?

Some kids pick up by the age of 2 1/2 years also which is completely natural for them but you just have to try to keep communicating with them and over the period they will pick up and if the child child is finding it a fun activity or your child has learned it from somewhere
