AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 months agoA. Hi mom stomach ache can be due to infection in stomach or due to worms. if worms are there then u can give albendazole to ur kid. if infection for now u can give meftal baby syrup once for pain and consult ur doctor for proper medication
