my baby is 2years old he is not eating anything and is very lean and getting weak by day and day and having constipation problem to wat can I do please give me some suggestions

A. Hello, your baby boy is 25 months old and he doesn’t eat any food items so he is having a constipation so give him cypon 2.5 ml before food twice a day
