my baby is 2years 1month old and have dsmall pimple like rashes and doctor suggested dermadew lotion and atarax syrup

A. It’s an anti allergic and maybe it’s an allergic reaction which is why your doctor has advised your lotion as well as a medicine to be given to the child which is completely fine so you can continue with it as per your doctor recommendation
