My baby is 29 days old... & my girl spite from her nose... But long after her feed.. And do Potte all day...

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Yes, just like your own nose, your baby's nose is connected to the back of their throat. So spit up will sometimes come out of their nose instead of their mouth.
