Q.

My baby is 27 days old. She is not burping and crying when pooping. Is there any remedy for this. Please help me with this.

A. Bonnisan five drops can be given to the child this is going to be very helpful I would Dose say that this is going to help anything down Da motion problem for the child and digestion is also going to be better with that five drops can be given maximum 4×80 day
