ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, it is common among babies to spit out milk in spite of burp. It is due to reflux action. You should continue to burp. Keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce the chances of spitting. If your baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then do not worry.
