Q.
My baby is 25 days old . He is farting alot for shole days and with farting passing a very little amount of poop with some little water.. also after every feeding he do poop well but d main concern about farting with little poop ..

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. To combat discomfort caused by gases in the babies you need to burp them properly post every feeding session, give few minutes of tummy time regularly to release out the gases. You can also give gastica drops or Himalaya bonnisan drops as long as baby is releasing gases nothing to worry about. . .
