Q.

My baby is 25 days old and is breastfed along with formula milk ..since last 2 days he poops 2 times a day in the morning is it normal?Earlier it was 5-6 times in the entire day

A. See it is not a problem I must tell you that constipation in this age is normal passing number of motions in a day normal once or twice also in a day is very normal so need not worry about it this is a very normal scenario that you are seeing
