my baby is 24 days old and she is continuously pooping after every feed and whenever passing gas. Is it a matter of concern?

When a breastfed baby has a bowel movement after nearly every feeding during the first few weeks, it's a good sign – it means he's getting plenty of milk. burp her properly post feeding.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello baby can pass motion frequently or even after every meal at times but if watery or foul smelling then ot is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and also check on your diet as this can effect your baby tummy
