my baby is 21 days old and she haven't devloped her sleeppattern yet

For your information please do not have any set sleeping pattern for initial six months to one year after that only as the time is going to pass pattern is going to be settled but currently if there is no sleeping pattern message there is no problem with that because that is completely normal
