my baby is 21 days old and I have low milk supply can you please suggest me what I need to do???

Hello mom have lactation tablets have shatvrati You should grind Cuman seeds , saunf and misri in the equal amount and have this powder one spoon with the milk at least 2 to 3 times in a day. Have a glass of water before you’re going to feed your baby. Take care of your diet which is very important.
