Q.

My baby is 21 days old and from past 3 days he is getting scared for little sounds and sometimes for no reason in sleep. He shakes his hand in such a way that he had a very bad dream and gets scared too much. Please help me to handle this.

A. such type of habits anfd behaviour usually improve with increasing age of the child and does not require any type of intervention. you can divert the cfhild to prevent the habit / behaviour. this is totally fine and not to be worried about. take care.
