my 3 month baby ,just got vaccinated ,she is getting scared in sleep and crying all of a sudden in sleep ,why ?

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear bhpain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
