hi, I have noticed that my daughter sleep but she gets up with sudden jerk, as she gets scared while sleeping and sudden body jerk. she 1 month old, I also swaddle her but she gets irritated and tries really hard to get her hands out. bcz of this her sleep is getting hampered. any suggestions
