My baby is 20 months old. He is having vomiting and vomiting sensation for past 10 days. and loose stool for past 2 days. his urine test results and stool test results normal. He also had 102* fever 3 days And recovered with paracetamol syrup. it also.looks like he is teething not sure. what could be the cause for his vomiting. already giving emeset syrup but doesn't work on the whole. he became lean and lost much weight. please do suggest
