You have to just see the child should not be uncomfortable which may be because of factors like temperature of the room nasal blockage some discomfort like infantile colic or hbhunger.
In older children a proper discipline is required so that the sleeping pattern can be scheduled according to a proper time try to avoid too much of screen time with sometimges can be the causative factor for disturbed sleep.

Approximately 16 to 18 hours kids can sleep in this age some kids sleep a little more but as the age will progress your child will stop sleeping this much time slowly you will see the sleep hours are going to reduce down but if you want you can check with your doctor one time otherwise it is normal
