my baby is 20 days old.she is pooping alot and watery and she is grunting while pooping.is this any problem?

A. hi watery or runny poop is normal and grunting is normal too. but if a child is showing discomfort like crying while passing stool , consistency of stool is too much watery , with fishy or foul smell , mucus in stool ,child is not gaining enough weight , having low apetite etc then please visit your pediatrician.
