hi my baby is 4months old.. he is pooping 5-6 times a day like watery mostly and also pooping while breastfeeding and making sounds then pooping. please suggest is this normal?

A. hi yes d3ar mum it is normal if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hrs is active alert and gaining adequate wt then do not worry
