Q.

my baby is 20 days old.iam using formula milk to feed him as am not getting sufficient breast milk.which is the best formula milk to feed.pls suggest

A. hi mom, there are different formulas available in the market but you should consult your pediatrician because your pediatrician knows your baby well.. nanpro, similac, enfamil.. also take Shatavari powder twice in milk which is good for improving breast milk supply include papaya oatmeal Gond ke laddu Fenugreek seed poppy seeds in your diet
