It's normal
please keep that area dry using cotton cloth.
You may use powder but not in excess amount.
Cetaphil lotion can be applied over the affected area
Baby special prickly heat is also good
Make her wear lose cotton clothes
Reduce her Intake of sugar
Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
