my baby is 2 yr 9m old she is suffering from vaginal burning she is crying from burning

You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly.

keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake...
maintain hygiene
use warm water add a pinch of salt and use to wash...
