My baby is 2 years old nowadays he has stopped eating, I try to feed him but he just take2-3 spoons . Should I start giving him A-Z syrup?

You can start with the vitamin supplement it’s not a problem but that’s not going to help much because till that we do not know what is the exact reason behind it cannot be provided as far as I think the basic reasons in this age are going to be either having molar or boredom of the similar food I have deficiency of iron so check for all these things also also and start with the supplement
