My baby is 2 years old now he only says papa if he is in mood he can understand all me but he can’t speak so it’s autistic or not tell me what to do

DEVELOPMENT by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not
