my baby is 2 years old...he don't speak much words...he don't imitate what we tell him to do....we keep saying words in front of him but don't answer anything....please advice the solution.

A. 2 years old child is not speaking even a single word consult your doctor and also hearing test should be done to rule out and also see other milestones which is important
