Q.

my baby is 2 years old and he's not talking ...he only says mumm baba sometimes....but if he needs something he is not able to say it.....what should I do ?

A. If your child understands everything response well give proper gestures to what you say follow your command and speech is not a problem and they say some kids can pick up by age of 2 1/2 years if you required you can always consult a speech therapist once regarding the issue
