My baby is 2 years old and he is suffering from high fever approximately 102 degrees Fahrenheit even after one hour of giving Calpol 250. Again I have given him Ibugesic syrup as fever is still increasing. Please suggest what to do further as I am not getting any doctors nearby. TIA

A. Give pcm as per prescribed dose and at proper adviced time interval . For any fever paracetamol is fine..after giving paracetamol wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging to bring down the temperature.
