Q.

My baby is 2 years and 10 months old.since few days she is doing very hard poop like stone.and she is having tummy pain also while doing it.what to do to relax the baby pain and get the poop soft.

A. baby is passing hard stool for the last few days Constipation is quite common in babies you have to do modification of food baby will be taking we have to include fibre in the diet of the baby you lot of fruits seasonally available like mango papaya banana and adequate water for the baby to drink
