Q.

My baby is 2 year 5 month old....He can speak fruits name ..parts of the Body name ..some random words ..but not framing sentences...secondly whenever I say him pls do repart what m saying ..dat te he don't want to repeat ...is his speech delay...

A. wait for some more time for the baby to frame the sentences For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .
