A. when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fxever. vaccine related irritability and loss of adppetite and behaviour change may take around 5 to sometimes 7 days to improve.

A. Constipation is very normal at this year don’t worry about this further more I would say irritation could be due to swelling and pain and irritation into the vaccination area you can keep an ice cube on to that area also you can give paracetamol if the pain is too much Podu Chai
