my baby is 2 months old, she is suffering from small tiny pimples on her stomach area. what is the reason for this

you may apply Cetaphil lotion or coconut oil for tim being
but proper diagnosis is necessary if the above does not resolge the ussue
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
