my baby is 2 months 18days old , she poop once in 3-4 days, but whenever she poops she is finding hard to pass has the first stool is hard she pushes more everytime when she poops, also her lips gets dry as soon as feeding is done is she getting dehydrated? what can be done to resolve the same

You start putting a drop of mustard oil into the naval of your child 2×4 times in a day this is going to help in maintaining proper hydration into the lips as well and if your child is going to constipation issue this is literally normal year this year but still you should consult your doctor is needed
