Q.
my baby is 2 months 18 days old .his weight is 4.2 kg . is this normal weight for his age?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom monthly weight gain for full term baby is aproximately in the range of 300 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they almost double their birth weight.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and baby weight is mainly depends upon the birth weight and it should be doubled the birth weight in first six months and also baby should gain 500-800 gms weight in a month and breastfeeding exclusively to your baby for first six months.
