A. Hai good evening !! Babies gain 400-900 gm per month . As baby birth weight is 3.1 kg ,by 2.5 months age baby has become 4+ kg baby weight gain is fine . By 5-6 months baby doubles his/her birth weight . Give exclusive breast milk or formula milk every two hours burp well after every feed.
