my baby is 2 month old not smiling at people but smiling at fan and light. not making much eye contact and moving objects. and not sleeping well . ? should I worry for autism

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. not at all. too early to say autism till two yrs. for this concern here now shall advise you to see a near by doctor for best assessment of the concern so that it s to know and hence the advise can be followed about the problem .

As ur baby is 2 months old ,its too early to consider this as autism ..
wait for another one month more.
ur baby will start to make eye contact and smile with you, move eyes with the moving object.
don't worry.
