my baby is 2 month old.. after vaccition.. uska head half backside garam rehta h.. yo koi issue wali bat to nai h na. please tell

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 2 months old and his head is warm and body temperature is very normal so it’s not a fever so give him frequent breast feeding
