my baby is 2 month 20 days old crying a lottt and drinking milk very less i gave paracetamol drops but no changes

A. hello make sure the baby is Tummy full n can also be due to colic n may try to massage ur baby gums with a soft clean cloth can help n any concern then check with ur doctor
