my baby is 2 month 15 days old. one 1st oct her vaccination is done after that she has not gain weight. otherwise she was steady gaining weight. do I need to worry about it

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. regarding good growth you should do a proper balance diet with all kinds of nutrients called gregen vegetables fruits and dairy products you can also give some multivitagmin like syp bevon 5 ml for 1mth

If your child is not Gini weather of course you need to be concerned about it but in this case I can only tell you for sure that it has got new connection with vaccination I can be hundred percent sure about that so I would advise you now that one should talk to you Dr please and see what do they have to suggest you about this thing
