ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. yes the best milk is less during first 3 to 4 days but nothing to worry about and you still you should feed every 2 hourly to the baby by both the breast this will help increase the breast milk secretion
