My baby is 2.8 yrs old she speaks limited words and doesn't pay attention to what we say also tell me how to limit her screen time?

yes ,to improve your child communication skill ,it is important to decrease or stop your child screen time.
for that , first let your child watch any screen for hour or as usual then gradually decrease it's timing by 15 minutes ,10 minutes ,5 minutes and so on.
but you also limit your own screen time because kids learn this more from parents .
offer age appropriate toys to your child.
