My baby is 2.5 years old. He’s having fever since 2 days also he is vomiting everytime he drinks milk

A. 6 months to 24 months: 5ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day. 2 years to 4 years: 7.5ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day.
