My baby is 1month 20 days old and he is on formula milk , earlier I was able to feed breast milk but supply was low and he is completely now on Formula milk , but I want to restart him on my breast milk . Is it possible to do and how should I increase my milk supply as it is very low ,firat I want to increase than only I keep my baby on it. I am unable to do so please help me.

A. Hi, food like fenugreek, oatmeal, garlic, fennel seed, sabudana etc are know to increase the milk supply. Ensure you take proper meal and rest. also have enough water. Let the baby latch on both breast to get proper milk supply to baby. Thanks
