my baby is 19months old and have only 7 teeths (4upper & 3lower). Is it normal?

kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3-3.5 years..
as few teeth have erupted hope you have started brushing your kid's teeth twice daily using fluoride free kids toothpaste

That is very very good in fact we should go ahead with brushing the teeth of your child twice in a day morning and night with any fluoride free toothpaste also you have to make sure that you are brushing properly and fluoride free toothpaste Ko only can be used with any toothbrush 30 wanna go for
