Q.

my baby is 19 months old..he only speaks muma papA baba thats it...is dere any need to worry about it?

A. No There is no need to worry about it because your child is talking it could be just a little bit delay with the child’s speech but that’s common at this age another six months still if you feel that your child is not talking much then it would be better to consult an ENT specialist ones
