my baby is 19 months old he is having poo daily for 3 times. ... and he is not eating food what can I gave to him for feeding

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. the frequency of motion seems to be normal but you need to feed a baby frequently with different food variety which should give a complete diet and balanced diet to your child you need to get a complete diet counselling done by a pediatrician
